Questions
Is it really one price for the whole team?
Yes. Self-serve is a flat fee that covers up to 50 people — adding a colleague doesn't change the bill. Past that, talk to us about Enterprise.
Do I need a card for the trial?
Yes — we take your card upfront so the subscription starts by itself when the 14 days are up. Nothing is charged before then, and cancelling during the trial costs nothing.
What are AI credits?
Everything the assistant does — answering, running a routine, building a brain — uses AI, and credits are how that's measured. Self-serve includes 10,000 a month (130,000 up front on annual), which is plenty for most teams. You can see what you've used any time in Settings → Billing.
What happens if we run out of credits?
You can top up from Settings → Billing, and it takes effect straight away. Until you do, the assistant, routines and brain creation pause — everything else keeps working, so people can still browse, search, edit and review. Anything already running finishes.
Do unused credits expire?
No. Whatever you don't use rolls over, and credits you've bought stay yours.
Do I need my own AI keys?
No — credits cover it. You can bring your own key instead if you'd rather run on your own account, and then there are no credit limits at all.
Do you train on our knowledge?
Never. Your content is used only to serve your workspace.
Can we keep our own copy of everything?
Yes — enterprise plans keep a one-way copy of your content on infrastructure you control. You always own what you write.
What happens if we cancel?
Your workspace stays readable to the end of the period you've paid for, and you can export everything as markdown at any time.
